NIOBY is an organization that was formed by a group of ladies that live and/or work in the Eureka area. The group formed a Missouri Non For Profit Corporation and secured exempt status under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code to qualify for receiving donations that qualify for tax reductions.
